Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

- Service Not Delivered – If your advertisement was not aired as per the agreed schedule.
- Radio Offline – If Pod Paradise Radio experiences technical downtime, preventing the airing of your advertisement.
Restocking Fee:

- A restocking fee of 30% of the product price will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
Refund Process:

- Refunds take up to 21 working days to process from the date of approval.
- To request a refund, please email us at support@podparadiseradio.com or Refund@podparadiseradio.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
