Welcome to Pod Paradise Radio, the online radio station connecting Punta Cana to the world. By joining as a resident DJ, Sponsor, Advertiser, Partner, or Contributor, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Participation and Membership
- All DJs, partners, and affiliates must register with Pod Studio LLC for official recognition.
- Membership and participation are subject to approval by Pod Paradise Radio management.
- Contributors agree to represent the values of professionalism, respect, and creativity.
2. Broadcast Rights
- All shows, sets, jingles, and advertisements broadcast on Pod Paradise Radio remain the intellectual property of Pod Paradise Radio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- DJs and content creators grant Pod Paradise Radio the non-exclusive right to stream, record, and rebroadcast their content worldwide.
- Unauthorized recording, distribution, or resale of Pod Paradise Radio content is prohibited.
3. Advertising and Sponsorship
- Advertisers and sponsors must provide truthful, lawful, and non-offensive content.
- Pod Paradise Radio reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that violates community standards, laws, or brand guidelines.
- Payments for ads or sponsorships must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
4. Affiliate and Revenue Sharing
- Affiliates promoting Pod Paradise Radio or its events will receive commissions as per their signed agreement.
- Commission percentages and payment terms are defined in each affiliate contract.
- Fraudulent clicks, fake traffic, or dishonest practices will result in termination of the agreement without payment.
5. Code of Conduct
- All participants must maintain a respectful environment free from hate speech, offensive language, discrimination, or illegal promotion.
- DJs and contributors are responsible for ensuring their content is suitable for online broadcasting.
- Any violation may lead to suspension or permanent removal from Pod Paradise Radio.
6. Events and Collaborations
- DJs and sponsors participating in live events must comply with local laws, safety regulations, and Pod Paradise Radio’s event policies.
- Pod Paradise Radio reserves the right to change schedules, lineups, or collaborations if necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Pod Paradise Radio and Pod Studio LLC are not responsible for technical interruptions, internet issues, or third-party service failures.
- Participants are responsible for securing their own equipment, licensing (if required), and stable internet connections.
8. Termination of Agreement
- Pod Paradise Radio may terminate any agreement at its discretion if rules are violated.
- Members may withdraw by providing 15 days’ written notice.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
- Any disputes will be handled under Dominican jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance
By registering, participating, advertising, or contributing to Pod Paradise Radio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
